Rev. Julie Petroski is a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, a specially trained ceremony specialist. She is also an ordained Reverend under the Canadian Metaphysical Ministry (CIMM) and the Universal Brotherhood Movement (UBM).
Rev. Julie has trained to envision, write, and perform uniquely personal ceremonies by the Celebrant Foundation and Institute.
A RiteWords ceremony does much more than meet functional or legal requirements—it truly celebrates its participants and embraces those observing.
Using tools like the RiteWords Questionnaire™, Rev. Julie will get to the heart of your intention and work with you to develop the specific words and meaningful rituals to mark your milestone.
When you work with Rev. Julie to create your perfect ceremony, you’ll tap into Rev. Julie’s nearly three decades of writing and presenting experience as an advertising copywriter and creative director. Her storytelling skills as a children’s book author, unquenchable curiosity, and passion for bringing people together will ensure that your ceremony is memorable and unique.
In addition to her education as a Celebrant, Rev. Julie is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
She officiates at ceremonies in North Texas and Parry Sound/Muskoka, Ontario, as well as other locations in the U.S. and Canada upon request.
In addition to her ceremonial work, Rev. Julie’s RiteWords ministry includes celebrating Wild Church with her congregation, leading women’s retreats, letter writing, and spreading love and light.
